Rowan Parchi
Rowan Parchi is an experienced corporate advisor with over twenty years in global capital markets, investment banking, and executive leadership. He leads Praxis Path’s advisory focus, helping companies align strategy, governance, and capital development to achieve sustainable growth.
Before establishing Praxis Path, Rowan held senior roles at Credit Suisse in Sydney, Hong Kong, and New York, where he advised institutional investors and managed cross-border equity and capital market engagements. His career spans both advisory and operational leadership, providing a rare combination of board-level insight and front-line execution experience.
Through Praxis Path, Rowan has advised and served in leadership roles across industries including media, technology, and industrial materials. His work has supported companies such as Coking Coal LLC, Australian Digital Holdings, Clanz, and 5E Advancede Materials, focusing on corporate restructuring, governance improvement, and capital strategy.
Rowan holds a Bachelor of Economics (Finance & Economics) from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, and has completed the AICD Company Directors Course.
